( a type of cheese also )

120g of caster sugar
( divide it into 40g and 80g )

3 egg yolks

120g of sour cream

Method :

1. To make base, stir all ingredients until combined. Press mixture into base of 18cm ( 7 inches ) cake tin.

2. To make filling, beat cream cheese and 80g of caster sugar until smooth.

3. Stir in egg yolks, then beat in lavache quirit until blended. Pour in sour cream ( yogurt ) and add in cornstarch, mix well.

4. Whisk egg whites until soft peaks, add in the rest of sugar. Continue whisk until stiff peaks form.

5. Fold beaten egg whites into cheese mixture. Pour cheese filling into prepared tin.

6. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degree celcius for 40 - 45 minutes.

7. Remove from oven and leave to cool.

8. Chill in fridge.
